The Integrity Model

Responder-Authored

No generative drafting. The responder writes the report; the software never generates additional information.

Immutable Source Audio

The original recording is never edited, only referenced.

Verbatim & Retained Unedited

The transcript is saved next to the report, exactly as spoken indefinitely. Never deleted or edited.

Responder Certification Mandatory

A report is not complete until a Responder certifies its accuracy. The report is hash-chained and a ledger records every version.

Client pointed at a transcription server your agency hosts. Records stay in agency custody end to end.
